Large Pores/Blackheads
Do you have large pores/blackheads?

- Avoid harsh skincare products that leave your skin feeling tight and dehydrated. It leads to blockages and breakouts;
- Starch, processed food and sugar can lead to oily skin. Fresh vegetables, fruits and grain are essential elements for a healthy skin. Be sure to drink eight or more glasses of water everyday to keep you well hydrated. Vitamins and minerals supplement is also important, especially vitamins A, B complex and C.
