1) Your order will be processed by BeautyKat; 2) We offer Standard Delivery ($2.88 for 5 to 7 Business Days) and 2-3 Day Delivery ($5.88 for 2-3 Business Days) shipping methods; 3) Express Overnight shipping method has been replaced with Next-Day Delivery shipping method ($25.88); 4) We have negotiated with both USPS and Fedex for preferred rates. USPS will be used for small packages, 2-3 Days and Overnight Deliveries. Fedex will be used for larger packages 2-3 lbs and above; 5) Your shipping confirmation email will indicate the carrier used.

- What is the shipping schedule?
Please note that we do not deliver orders on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. The shipping schedule on normal business days is listed as follows,

- Why my order is held even I request Next-Day shipping?
We may hold your orders due to the following reasons: 1) You place an international order which takes 24-48 hours to verify your credit card information; 2) Your credit card address and zip code came out unverified; we hold the order to verify that credit card is approved; 3) Your order is placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday; 4) If there is suspected fraudulent transaction and you will be notified by email.

- Why do I need to wait longer for receiving my parcel?
Please note that we do not deliver orders on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. All orders that placed after 8am EST Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Therefore, it may take longer for you to receive the order.
Also, if you do not provide us with correct and detail address, the carrier may return the parcel or reschedule the delivery.
If you choose corporate address as your shipping address, please provide us your corporate name to make sure the parcel is sent in timely manner.

- What can go wrong with my order?
There are different situations can cause your order to go wrong: 1) You moved before the package arrives; 2) You failed to pick up from the Carrier Office within the required time 3) You failed to pick up from your apartment/mailing/corporate office within the required time 4) You have given us a wrong address; 5) The mailman cannot find his way to your place.
We consider these situations as UNDELIVERABLE!! We will NOT refund and you will have to pay shipping again for resend order. BeautyKat bears no responsibility if your order is lost due to the above situations.
If it is determined that we have indeed made a mistake in sending out your order. ie. We have entered the wrong address or failed to put the right postage. We will bear full responsibility. We can either give you the full refund or resend you the product at no additional charge.
If you do not receive your order after receiving shipping confirmation for 14 business days (21 business days for international orders), please inform us as soon as possible so that we can follow up the case for you. If we do not receive your notification within the required time, we will consider your order is delivered. No refund or re-delivery will be made.
Some carriers may request signature confirmation to ensure that our customers receive their orders in timely manner. If the tracking shows that the order is delivered, we will not cover any loss or damage. Having said that, if you have any problem on delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
