FAQ | International Orders


  1. Do you accept international orders and what are the shipping charges?

    Yes! We accept international order. You can choose International First Class ($29.99) or International Express Shipping ($69.99) at checkout process. It takes 1-3 weeks for delivery which depends on the country and shipping method that a customer chooses, and whether the order is held by local custom.  

    We use USPS Mail Service with insurance for delivery*. Please refer to the table below for further information.

    No refund will be made if the actual shipping is lower than flat rate shipping as listed above


    *To receive our order in timely manner, please make sure your delivery address is correct. If the order is returned or lost due to incorrect address provided by customer, actual shipping cost will be applied to the order. Please note that actual shipping fee might be more than flat rate shipping that we offer. 

    The refund will be made after the shipping cost is deducted from the total purchase amount.

  2. How long does it take for the order to reach me?
    In most cases, order will reach you within 1-3 weeks once you receive shipping confirmation. Please understand that we do not have a control on local custom so your order might be held for inspection. As such, please allow extra time for order delivery.

  3. What are the shipping method used for international orders?
    We use United States Postal System (USPS) First Class Mail Service with insurance coverage for international order.

  4. Can I track my international order?

    International order via USPS offers tracking service. But the tracking service does not show point to point information and it takes 1-3 weeks to retrieve updated delivery status. Meanwhile, it only shows the actual departure and arrival of the package. 

    We will purchase insurance coverage for each international order. This measure will protect our customer from lost or damage order. 

    To prove that the order is lost or damaged in transit, the insurance company requires us to file a claim only after the order is shipped for at least 6 weeks.

  5. Do I have to pay any customs duties?
    We will declare the shipment as gift. Once the order reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the order may still be subjected to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which BeautyKat has no control on it and such payments should be paid by customer.

    If the order is returned or lost due to below reasons, only the product cost (after deducting the actual shipping fee which might be more than the flat rate shipping that we offer) will be refunded to the customer.

    1) You move before the package arrives;
    2) You are failed to pick up at the carrier office within required time, or refuse to accept the order;
    3) You are failed to pay custom fee or related charges;
    4) You are failed to pick up at your apartment/mailing/corporate office within required time;
    5) You have given us a wrong address;
    6) The postman cannot find his way to your place;
    7) Your country does not accept personal order of skin care products.
