  1. I am trying to order a product but it shows *** next to the my purchased item at checkout. What does it mean?
    It means that the product that you are about to order is not in desired quantity. You can buy them anyway and we will inform you product availability and delivery schedule of the back-ordered items. We can also amend the order to cater your needs.

    Some products are in limited quantity; or produced in special or limited edition so you may not able to order them if those products are sold out.

  2. What is Special Order Item?

    When you see Special Order Item on product page, it means that the item is either in transit or will be shipped out by our partners from other countries. Once the order is made, we will inform you product availability and delivery schedule. In most cases, it will take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

    Please note that Special Order Item cannot be returned or exchanged unless we make a mistake on your order.
