  1. My order is not accepted, what should I do?
    If the order is not accepted, there is a good chance that one of two things is happening:
    1) The purchased item is out of stock or discontinued. You may see "Requested quantity not available for some items at this time" at check out.
    2) Your browser could be set up to not accept "cookies". This site uses cookies to keep the items you have added to your order associated to you. We do not put any personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You can change your browser option to accept cookies in the preferences menu selection on your browser.


  2. Why is your site not working with my browser?
    For the best result, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox Version 2 or above and 1280x1024 resolution for monitor setting.


  3. I can't proceed checkout and complete order placement. What can I do?
